Responsibilities:

- Managing daily administrative works ,e.g. sales call handling, ordering, billing & logistic arrangement.

- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the office areas at all time.
- Filing of all administrative correspondence documents.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field.
- Must be able to work independently and be self motivated.
- Pleasant personality, cheerful voice and ability to speak fluent Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- 2 Full-Time positions available.
