Canon EOS 5D Mark III is also the first EOS camera to have included the HDR (High Dynamic Range) Mode built-in with 5 HDR image effects (Natural, Art Standard, Art Vivid, Art Bold, Art Embossed). 3 images with different exposure settings will be captured simultaneously and then merged into a HDR image in which detail in both easy to blown-out highlights and shadowed areas are retained.
