Client Service Associate,Banking Industry
(New 85 POSITIONS!!!)
MYR 2600 - 3000 + Allowances & Incentives
Kuala Lumpur, Selangor
Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients
Process transactions accurately and respond to customers or clients requests efficiently.
Ensure organization\'s service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.
Requirements:
Degree and Diploma in 2 years working experienced
Experience in a customer service environment would be an added advantage
Good communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English.
Ability to write basic correspondence to communicate information effectively.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and initiative with good analytical mind .......
Able to converse in Mandarin will be advantage
Willing to work on a rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends.
Extensive job training will be provided for successful candidates.

Salary Range:
RM 2600 - RM 3000 (Basic) + Allowances & Incentives
